Our Deluxe Cottage is a 1500 square foot cottage with a beautiful deck. This cottage has three bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and living area. This cottage can sleep up to 7 guests. There is baseboard heat and a wood burning stove in this unit.

Our Creekside Cottage is a three room cottage that has a bedroom, full bath with stall shower, kitchen, and living area. The kitchen includes a hot plate, refrigerator, and microwave. This unit has windows facing the stocked trout stream that runs along the property. A heater is provided for your comfort on those cold nights.

We have four Creekside Rustic Cabins that are one room cabins that are 12'x12' in size. Two of the cabins have twin over full bunks that can accommodate up to 3 guests. The other two cabins have 2 sets of twin over full bunks that can accommodate up to 6. Each bed has a plastic covered mattress for ease of cleaning and for guest protection. Each unit has a covered front porch. Guests will need to bring their own linens or there will be sets available for a small fee. Cabins are supplied with a small propane heater or electric heater for those cold nights.

There are four Hillside Cabins that have a parlor. These cabins are 13'x15' in size. The parlor in the front has a mini-fridge, a microwave, and coffee pot for your convenience. Three of the cabins have two twin over full bunks that can accommodate up to 6 guests. The last cabin only has one bunk and can accommodate up to 3 guests. Guests will need to bring their own linens or there will be sets available for a small fee.Heaters are provided for those cold nights..

This bunkhouse is perfect for families our small groups. It features two twin over full bunks and one queen size bed so it can accommodate 5-8 guests. This bunkhouse also has a dining room table and chairs, mini-refridgerator, and a microwave for added convenience. Guests will need to bring their own linens or there will be sets available for a small fee. A propane heater provides heat for your comfort.

Perfect stop for A.T. hikers. Our resort is 0.4 miles from the A.T. Bunk rental includes towel and wash clothe for a hot shower. Also you can restock in our camp store where we carry staple items to get you to your next stop. Feel free to make supply shipments to our address and we will hold them for you.

Our resort has 4 RV sites with water and electric. We also have an on-site 27' motor home to rent if you would like to enjoy a camper and do not have one of your own. The motor home can sleep up to 4 and has all the comforts of home.

Black Bear Resort currently has 23 rustic camp sites. Three of these sites are along the trout stream for the perfect camping atmosphere and for those who choose to do some fishing.
